We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $80), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases. We ship using UPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

Returns
Not quite right? Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can send it back. To be eligible, your item needs to be in resalable condition. No scratches, dents, or signs of use, returned in its original packaging with all parts included.
You're welcome to inspect it, but items that have been set up and used aren't eligible for return. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund once the return is processed. A restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Is this the same Ultra X2 sold on the regular site?
Yes. Both campaign setups use the Ultra X2 platform. The main choice is the tub paired with it.
How do I choose between Pod and Barrel?
Choose the Pod for the lowest price and smaller footprint. Choose the Barrel if you value more internal room, 105-gallon capacity and heavier insulation.
How cold does the Ultra X2 get?
The concept uses VITAL+’s stated Ultra X2 capability of cooling down to approximately 37°F, depending on ambient conditions.
What happens when the Warehouse Event stock is gone?
The campaign concept is that private Warehouse Event pricing ends and regular storefront pricing returns. Final inventory logic should be confirmed before launch.
