This sauna pod is super easy to set up and use, I absolutely hate putting furniture together but this took me under 20mins to have fully complete and ready to test. I would recommend using hot water to really reduce the heat up time (I just wipe down with vinegar inside the metal tub once done - no need for distilled water) and this bad boy easily hits above 45C in my 13C bathroom on freezing cold tiles in about 20mins. It dries quite well even in cold Melbourne winters overnight, I just wipe down with a towel and open it up (and tilt it against a wall so floor dries under too)

Decently roomy for one, a bit of a squish for 2, my kid likes to sit on the floor on a bathmat while I sit on the provided chair, the poles are sturdy and I actually kinda like the fact it doesn't let in too much light - makes it a lot more relaxing IMHO. The only drawback for me is the floor does get wet under the pod - but easily fixed with a waterproof mat under (Lots of cheap washable dog pee pads work perfect for this)

Combined with a cold shower this thing has been better than paying 15 dollars at the local pool to use their facilities. My muscles and arthritic joints feel like a million bucks after and my skin looks absolutely incredible, lungs feel amazing and I'm only one week in!

Very easy to put together. Instructions excellent. Tested that night, worked way better than I expected. As I said in the title, a proper usable non-permanent sauna. Top tip, in my opinion, only fill the water halfway for your first go, else you have to boil the whole "jug" before the steam comes through. I used about an inch of water, if that, on my first try, and I like a decent sauna. No disappointment here at all, so far. 👍

This is my second infrared sauna purchase this year — I loved mine so much, I decided to buy another for my son and his family. Once again, I was absolutely impressed. I had a special request which the team kindly accommodated, and their customer service truly exceeded my expectations.

The sauna itself is fantastic — easy to assemble, beautifully designed, efficient, and incredibly effective. On top of that, the company is responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a product and a team that consistently deliver such a high standard. Highly recommended!

To be honest, i bought this pod with a degree of doubt or trepidation because there is always a lot made up from hype etc. I do enjoy a decent steam room and sauna so i thought “let’s give it a go”

I received the order on time / in good condition and put it up the very next day having watched the You Tube video on what this looks like visually.

I wasn’t able to do the lay it flat piece and wrap the cover around it as i was putting it up in the en suite off my home gym where there isn’t the room to do this. I put up the frame first to make sure i got it right and then dismantled it into 5 bits then placing the cover down adding the base first them the frame gently pulling the cover up and over and all went into place perfectly with no great difficultly. If you have the space then of course use it and my point here is that it is possible to put this up in a confined area and still with my process i had it all up etc in about 20 mins.

My first and so far only use of the SaunaPod was excellent (it will be getting used again today) and i was surprised just how good this was. My preference is for the little wooden stool (again individual preference) and i did the first session on level 6 for some 30 mins after the pod had heated up which i gave it 15 to 20 mins whilst finishing off on the treadmill.

Overall all excellent experience and enough room inside it too, with an additional stool one could get 2 people in just about. So the start is very good and exceeded expectations…
