How hot does the SaunaPod get?
The SaunaPod is capable of heating to temperatures ranging from 85 °F up to 150 °F (≈ 30 °C to 65 °C), adjustable via its controller for flexible comfort and intensity. Please note ambient conditions can play a role in top temperatures. For best performance, we suggest placing the sauna in a room with ambient temperature above 70 °F
How do you power the SaunaPod
The infrared version is powered by six 230‑W infrared panels—for a total heating output of approximately 1,380 W, controlled by the included remote and plugged into a standard household electrical outlet. This setup supports both ease of use and efficient heat delivery
How long does the SaunaPod take to heat up?
While heat-up times can vary based on your ambient room temperature, the unit is typically ready for use within 20 minutes.
For the best experience, we suggest entering the sauna a few degrees below your goal temperature to allow your core to adjust naturally as the heat builds

Setup is very quick and straightforward—it takes about 10–15 minutes to set up the SaunaPod.
Will the SaunaPod use a lot of electricity?

What materials are used and have the materials been tested?
SaunaPod is built from polyester taffeta, a safe and sustainable fabric, supported by a sturdy fiberglass frame and wrapped in a ThermoShield heat-insulated cover that locks in warmth while protecting the user from excess heat exposure. Inside, six infrared panels (230 W each) and 660 nm red-light LED strips deliver gentle, therapeutic warmth and light, promoting relaxation, improved circulation, and recovery. Every component is rigorously tested and backed by multiple internationally recognized safety certifications, including ETL, CE, REACH, RoHS, and CTI for low EMF emissions—ensuring that the SaunaPod not only performs at a high level but also meets strict standards for electrical safety, environmental compliance, and user protection.
