The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mold and bacteria build up. A quick dry & machine washable absorbent sweat mat for the bottom of the sauna is included in every order. After use, we recommended leaving the door flap open to air
Can I use it indoors & outdoors?
The SaunaPod is designed to be used indoors or outdoors if well covered. The infrared sauna is not weather proof
Difference between steam sauna and infrared sauna?
A steam sauna is high in humidity and has lower temperatures, while a infrared sauna is low in humidity and higher temperature.

I am in love with my infrared sauna! Wow!!!! I have been using one at a health Centre and I must say this is as good as the professional one!! It heats up to set temp within 15 mins. I get a full on sweat. Easy to clean. Looks good. Everything is well thought out. Everything you need is provided and I use it every as part of my wellness ritual. Unbelievable change from steam sauna to the infrared. Well worth the upgrade. It took 20mins to get to max 65 degrees. Red light therapy a nice touch. Feel it doing more for me than the steam sauna did due to deeper muscle penetration and longer time able to spend in it. Highly recommend spending the money. A great alternative to the wooden infrared which retail from $2000 onwards. Don’t think about it or “ ummm and ahhh “- buy it and buy it now. You won’t regret it.

I bought the Vital steam sauna about 12 months ago, but always preferred an infrared. Bit the bullet and got this as soon as it came out.
It’s been a total game-changer. The infrared heat feels way more targeted and comfortable than the steam setup I had before. I love that I can still break a serious sweat through the dry heat.
Kudos to Vital. They have made HUGE upgrades to the setup. Listing a few in no order
- upgraded the zipper quality and moved the zipper so its not in line with the pole
- all black poles and new heavy duty connectors
- Customer service confirmed its a a more spacious pod
They also asked me what improvements they could make when I reached out (which I appreciated).
I suggested - water bottle holder, second window, branded hand sweat towel

I bought this product on launch as I always wanted an infrared sauna at home.
Firstly I will say this is as good as the infrared sauna I have been doing in my gym for the last 6 months. It get's as hot, it has the red light. The only thing it doesn't have is the bluetooth music that I enjoyed at my gym sauna. I use air pods now, so not an issue.
Took about 20 minutes to get to 65c and I have been doing 20min sesssions.
Super easy to set up, spacious enough and the chair it comes with is comfortable. I might invest in a different chair in the future.
There is so much detail in this product. Very impressed.
