Is the Ice Bath & Chiller Waterproof?
Yes—our ice baths and chillers are engineered to be water and weather-proof. However, standard precautions should be taken for any exposed electrical components when using the equipment outdoors, and we recommend covering your chiller in extreme weather conditions.
How much does it cost to run?
The cost to run the chillers are about $0.50c-$1.50 a day, depending on usage.
The chiller comes with mobile app control, so you can activate the chiller only when you need it—dramatically reducing electricity usage.
Additionally, once the chiller reaches the set temperature, it will move to standby mode and only turn back on when its moved 2°F outside the set range.
