I love my ice bath. It’s durable and made of strong materials. I needed to purchase extra ice blocks as the starter kit only reduced my temp to 17 degrees. I use a total of 16 ice blocks and I got the temp down to 10.5. If you want to get your water temp lower I would suggest getting the chiller with the ice bath, or buy more ice blocks. I’ll be saving up to add the chiller for future.

We love our sauna and ice bath set up. We have it setup under our gazebo overlooking the paddocks and it’s such a relaxing start to our morning. Purchased the mini chiller to add to my current setup.
Easy to install even when modifying to fit another unit. Pretty quiet to run. Struggles a little on the super hot days, but to be expected at the price and size. Decent value for money.
