I highly recommend this product. Everything was as described. I am 54 years old. I'm 6'2" and about 260 pounds. I fit in the tub no problem. The Ultra X2 Chiller does its job well; I have it kick on a couple hours before use. The rest of the day I have it off. I've been using this product daily for about 3 weeks and what a difference it makes. My lower back and joints are loving it. I have noticeable improvement immediately after using the cold plunge. It's a miracle for inflammation and there are many other health benefits as well. The filter on the unit is super easy to remove and clean once a week. It only takes me a few minutes to do. So I’m on my third week using the vital+ Pro and the UltraX2 chiller.

This thing is probably the best thing I’ve bought in recent memoryl! I’m a seasoned plunger, so low temps are really important. I’ve got it set to 2.7C and it’s been reaching those temps without a problem, which is much lower than the tubs we have at our gym.

Secondly the set up is super simple. Unbox the chiller, pump the tub, connect the two hoses, fill the tub. It took about 8 hours to get the temp down to about 5c when I first filled up the tub . So that seemed pretty reasonable .

Third - the app is solid. I have it scheduled to turn on at 3am every morning so it’s at the right temperature when I get in at 6am. Then I have it turn off at 7am. Total set and forget, and I bet the electricity bill will thank me.

The tub itself is spacious enough, not as long as my gym plunge, but works for my space.

I don’t have any cons to share, but I’ll update this review if anything changes. Can’t speak for customer service as I never spoke to them, but so far all good with the company

Started at 13c and now setting it at 9c.

I purchased this in November, and have only missed 3 days since I assembled it. It really makes a difference in my early mornings. I am a business owner and have 2 young kids, so anything I can do to add a little more pep in my step, I am game. I have this in my home gym in my basement and drain it about every 3-4 weeks. I purchased this adapter( https://a.co/d/4yf8BqK )that made it a lot easier to drain. I just disconnect the hose from the chiller that runs from the water pump to the chiller with this adapter, and the other side to a water hose and run it to our shower that is near by to drain it.
