Pump is making a weird noise and water won’t pump

Problem:

If your pump is making noise and the water isn't circulating, the issue here is that there is air in the hoses. This prevents the water from flowing properly to the pump, to start the water circulation.

Solution:

To release the air from the hose, slowly begin to unscrew the hose from the pump. Within a few seconds you will see the water beginning to flow from the pump through to the chiller. Once you see water flowing from the water pump to the hose, tighten the connection point again.
