There is weak water flow

There is weak water flow

1) ensure that the plastic wrapping has been removed from the large filter.

2) ensure that your small filter and your large filter are clean and have been recently washed. If they have become clogged with dirt, this can result in reduced water entering the Ice Bath or even stop the water flow completely.

Fortunately, this issue can be easily resolved by cleaning both filters.

Your small filter will need to be unscrewed, and both the mesh and the glass will need a thorough clean. This should be done weekly.

Your large filter will need to be also washed every 1-2 weeks. You can wash this with water. After a few washes you will need to replace the filter. You can one here

NOTE: Cleaning and changing the filter is crucial as a dirty filter can cause damage to the pump. And if a filter is used for more than 2 months then our warranty no longer covers the water chiller.
